催化裂化(裂解)集总反应动力学模型研究进展

摘    要:分别从催化裂化集总反应动力学模型、催化裂解集总反应动力学模型、集总反应 流动耦合的催化裂化模型、集总反应 催化剂性质耦合的催化裂化模型、催化剂失活模型、建模数据来源、参数估算方法和集总动力学模型的关联模型等方面,系统地介绍了催化裂化(裂解)集总反应动力学模型的研究进展。在分析总结的基础上,针对催化裂化(裂解)集总反应动力学模型研究的后续发展提出了几点建议。

Abstract:The research progresses of lump kinetic modelling of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and catalytic pyrolysis were reviewed from the following aspects of FCC lump kinetic model, catalytic pyrolysis lump kinetic model, lump reaction hydrodynamics coupled FCC model, catalyst property included FCC model, catalyst deactivation model, source of experimental data, estimation method of kinetic parameters and correlation model of lump kinetic model. Based on the analysis, several suggestions for further development of FCC and catalytic pyrolysis lump kinetic modeling were proposed..
