液体燃料体相氧化与界面氧化的动力学

摘    要:建立了两相反应动力学测定装置和方法,在95℃、相同O2体积分数、不同表面积下,采用外推法求出了柴油体相氧化和界面氧化速率。结果表明,此方法能有效测定各种气-液反应的反应速率、动力级数;柴油的表观氧化速率、界面氧化速率与表面积线性相关;随着表面积的增大,表观氧化级数减小,表观氧化级数与体/表面积比的关系满足 y=16.92arctan(1.333x+18.96)-25.07,相关性97.88%;柴油体相氧化反应级数为1.5级,界面氧化反应级数为0.6级。

Abstract:The method and apparatus were designed for measuring two-phase reaction kinetics. At 95℃, the bulk oxidation and interface oxidation rates of diesel were calculated by extrapolation under the same O2 volume fraction and different interface area. The results showed that the designed method could be used to measure all kinds of gas-liquid reaction velocity and reaction series effectively. The apparent oxidation and interface oxidation rates of diesel were linearly correlated with interface area. With the increase of interface area, the apparent reaction series decreased. Under this condition, the correlation of apparent reaction series and void-area ratio met the equation of y=16.92arctan(1.333x+18.96)?25.07 with relativity of 97.88%. The bulk oxidation series and interface oxidation series were 1.5 and 0.6, respectively.
