悬浮液堵水剂的研究

摘    要:在自然开采条件下,为较好地解决灰岩油藏裂缝系统对岩块系统和砂岩油藏高渗透层对中低渗透层干扰的服液堵水剂的室内研究,现场施工工艺和应用效果进行了论述,室内和现场试验表明,该堵水剂不仅适应性强应用广,易泵送,封堵强度高,凝固后具有低渗透砂岩的特性,而且成本低易酸解,应用效果显著,经华北,大港,中原和新疆等油田推广应用,取得良好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:Under natural production conditions, for solving the main contradictions of limestone reservoir fracture system to high permeable formation and medium to low permeale formations. This paper discusses the laboratory studies, field operation processes, and application efficiency of the suspending liquid water shutoff agent. Laboratory and field tests indicates that this kind of agent is not only with properties of strong adaptability,wide application, easily pumping, high plugging intensity, and the physical property of the agent similar to that of low permeable sandstone after solidification, but also with low cost and easy acidolysis.Furthermore, good efficiency and economic benefits have been obtained in Huabei, Dagang, Zhongyuan, and Xinjiang oilfields.
