| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新型的电磁泵定量浇注方法.通过对电磁泵工艺参数的测定实验结果和电磁泵原理进行分析,开发出电磁泵定量浇注的控制程序.采用该控制系统对电磁泵定量浇注进行控制,可以精确地控制浇注量,有效地提高铸件重量的精度以及铸造生产率.

| Abstract: | In this paper a kind of new method of the quantitative pour with the electromagnetic pump is put forward. Through analyzing the result of experimentation determined and the construction principle of the electromagnetic pump, the controlling program of the quantitative pour with the electromagnetic pump was empoldered. The quantitative pour with the electromagnetic pump is controlled by this controlling system, which can precisely control the amount of pouring and availably increase the accuracy of weight of casting and productivity of casting. |
