摘    要:空心杆采油属套管插入式泵的一种。该项工艺省去原机械举升中的油管,利用空心杆作为传动介质和油流通道,冲程挤压排液。笔者从实心抽油杆柱的设计思路出发,依据有关的空心杆应用技术,结合现场试验情况,摸索出一套包括空心杆采油的受力计算公式和水头损失计算公式,并较为成功地应用到现场试验中。

Abstract:Oil production with hollow rod is one of plug in pumps. This technique eliminates the tube in conventional mechanical lifting, takes hollow rod as the transmission medium and oil flow channel and discharges fluid during down stroke. Starting from the design scenario of solid sucker rod and application technology of hollow ones, one set of calculation equation for force withstood and water head loss has been established incorporating site experimental situations. Success has been achieved in site tests.
