基于集散控制的靶标运动与定位系统

摘    要:针对国内射击馆靶标定位精度不高,运动不灵活的缺陷,给出了一种对于射击馆中靶车运动控制的设计方案.提出了由工控机、PLC、变频器、手操屏构成的二级集散式控制系统.工控机组成监控管理级,PLC、变频器、手操屏组成现场控制级.系统实现了工控机的远程监控与PLC现场的独立控制.系统中采用多级减速和设置定时机制,实现靶车精确定位并保证发生故障或运行不正常时紧急停车,弥补了现有靶标运动控制中的不足.

Abstract:To counter the shortage of accuracy of targets location and simplicity of target motion control in domestic shooting gallery,a new target control system is introduced in this article. Double level DCS which is made up of IPC, PLC, inverter and operation screen is proposed. The supervision and control level is comprised of industry computers. The field control level is composed of PLC, inverter and operation screen. The system achieves not only remote supervision and control but also independent control on the spot. Multivelocity retard and timer setting are used in the project which locate the target position accurately and a~ure the target to stop immediately on exception. The control project,system structure and system program are depicted in detail. At last,some problems in test process are discussed.
