600MW超临界锅炉设备的安全性能检验

本文介绍了我国首次引进的两台600MW超临界锅炉安全性能检验的标准、方法和结果。采用的国外标准为TRD蒸汽锅炉技术规则、蒸汽锅炉VDI导则、VGB及ASME规范及制造厂标准,并按我国劳动人事部和能源部对进口压力容器检验的有关规定进行检验查出的主要问题有:集箱短管焊接质量不良、锅炉设备缺乏完整的质量证明文件、部分设备错用钢材及容器和管道内部残留物清理不彻底等。文章认为,通过这次检验,充分体会到进口电站设备商检工作的重要性。建立一支高水平、装配精良的检验队伍已刻不容缓。

Security Inspection and Test of 600MW Supercritical Boiler

The basis of standard, procedure and results of secure characteristics inspection and test of first two imported 600MW supercritical boilers are presented in this paper. The foriegn standards adopted in thetest are: "TRD Steam Boiler Technical Rules","VDI Rules for steam Generators",the concerned regulationsof VGB and ASME and the manufacturer's standard. This test also carried out in accordance with the relevantregulations for the inspection and test of the imported pressure vessel issued by Departent of Labor and Per-sonel and Department of Energy. The problems found out in the test are: poor quality in header nozzle weld-ing; in completeness of quality certificates of boiler equipments; misuse of steel materials in certain eqipmentsand poor cleanliness in vessels and pipes.
