| 摘 要： | 阐述了加拿大NI51-101油气储量评估标准的资源-储量分类原则、各级储量的定义;其次,从资产的所有权、钻井、测试、监管、开发与生产的时间、经济条件等6个方面概述了油气储量评估基本要求;再从报告储量的级别、储量信息披露的范围、独立的第三方储量评估、储量信息披露的特殊情况、储量信息的责任人等5个方面阐述了油气储量信息披露的基本要求;在此基础上,结合工作实践经验,重点讨论了在进行目标油气田资产的技术经济评价时,分析NI51-101标准的储量报告过程中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the resources-reserves classification principle and reserves definitions for the standard of Canadian National Instrumental 51-101. And six general requirements for reserves classification in NI 51-101 standards, such as ownership considerations, drilling, testing, regulatory considerations, timing of production and development and economic requirement, are briefly analyzed.
