深孔爆破空隙装药损伤演化过程的数值模拟

摘    要:深孔爆破孔底空隙装药在有效地保护底板岩层免遭破坏,减少大块率,提高爆破效率等方面人有重要的意义。本文利用岩石爆破分形损伤模型及二维有限差分程序进行数值模拟,从岩石爆破损伤演化的角度对比了一般深孔爆破装药与空隙药的岩石破坏过程,发现空隙装药在损伤范围的发展趋势和自由面效应等方面具有明显特征,从而为解释这一装药结构的作用机理提出新的见解,也为这种爆破技术的实际应用提供了一个新的设计依据。

Abstract:It is special important meaning that Deep - hole Blasting With Bottom Gap Charging is used to protect bottom rock from breaking, to decrease block ratio and to improve blasting efficiency.In this paper, through numerical calculating with 2 - dimension finite difference code set with Rock Blasting Fractal Damage Model, and comparing the difference damage evolution effects between common charging and with bottom gap charging in deep - hole blasting, it is found that the damage evolution area and stress wave free surface effect were more obvious differences. The mechanics about blasting process charging with the specia construction was explained with a new way. The research result can be used as a foundation for designing the parameters in deep - hole blasting with bottom gap charging.
