黑木耳多糖降血脂作用的研究

摘    要:本试验研究了黑木耳多糖的降血脂作用。采用不同浓度黑木耳多糖对高脂模型小鼠进行试验,研究黑木耳多糖对高脂模型小鼠甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的影响。结果表明,黑木耳多糖组小鼠的血清甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均不同程度低于高脂模型组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)却极其显著高于高脂模型组,提示黑木耳多糖确具显著的降血脂作用。

Abstract:To study the effect of Auricularia polysaccharide on reducing blood lipid in this experiment. Different concentrations of Auricularia polysaccharide were tested in hyperlipidemia model mouse to study its effect on serum triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C). The results showed that TG, TC and LDL-C in experimental groups were obviously lower than that in hyperlipidemia model group while HDL-C in experimental groups was much higher. So we got the conclusion that Auricularia polysaccharide indeed had the function of reducing blood lipid.
