| 摘 要： | 针对现场使用的光杆密封器不能调整井口偏心问题 ,研制了抽油机井井口调偏装置。调偏装置安装在光杆密封器下方 ,通过调整调偏凹轮来调整光杆的位置 ,使光杆对中。光杆上下运动时 ,凹轮跟着来回滚动 ,从而保持光杆始终在井口的中心位置。调偏装置设计有光杆修复刀 ,可自动修除光杆上的毛刺。 2 6套井口调偏装置的现场应用表明 ,这种装置具有防偏磨功能强、防盗功能显著等诸多优点 ,且改善了工作环境 ,减少了工人的劳动强度 ,节约了生产成本 ,具有一定的推广价值

Wellhead bias-adjustable device for rod-pumped well |

| Abstract: | Most of the stuffing boxes for polished rod used at present cannot realize wellhead bias adjustment. A wellhead bias adjustable device for rod pumped well is developed. Fixed below the stuffing box for polished rod, the bias adjustable device makes the polished rod aligned by adjusting a concave wheel. Provided with a burr trimming cutter, the bias adjustable device can remove automatically the burrs on the polished rod. Field application shows that the wellhead bias adjustable device performances well. |
