LNG储罐国产化的可行性

目前我国LNG储罐的设计和建造都是由国外承包商完成的,其关键设备也基本依赖国外进口,导致整个LNG项目建设成本居高不下。为此,分析了实现LNG储罐及其关键设备国产化的可行性,并对如何实现国产化提出了以下建议:开展对LNG大型储罐国产化的研究工作;抓住设计的关键环节;重视LNG项目的采办;抓好施工与开车;抓好标准的细化;关注人才的培养。该项研究成果将为国内自行设计和建造储罐提供参考。

A feasibility study of China-made LNG storage tanks

Both the design and construction of LNG storage tanks in China have been completed by foreign contractors at present, even the involved key equipments are mainly imported from abroad, that is why the building cost of a whole LNG project remains high. Therefore, a feasibility analysis is conducted on the home made LNG storage tanks and the related key equipments and some proposals for its implementation are put forward as follows: the related studies should be developed, the key points of design work should be taken hold of, the procurement of a LNG project should be paid more attention to, the construction and start up should be well performed, the zoom standard should be worked out, and talent training should be valued to a high degree. All these proposals will provide reference for the design and manufacture of home made LNG storage tanks.
