摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备短玻纤增强尼龙66(GF/PA66)复合材料,研究多种偶联剂对GF/PA66的微观结构及性能的影响。结果表明,偶联剂的加入,不仅使GF在PA66基体中基本呈均匀分布,而且使材料的结构及性能有较大的改善;复合偶联剂All00 A B的改性效果优于单独使用A1100;复合偶联剂中All00的最佳含量为1.5%;随着GF含量的增加,材料的综合性能提高,但当GF含量大于35%时,材料的综合性能开始有所降低;All00 A B改性的GF/PA66的失效机理为界面的脱粘、脱粘后的摩擦和纤维的拔出。

Abstract:The influences of the coupling agents on the mechanical properties and microstructure of short glass fiber reinforced PA66 composites were investigated by using twin-screw extruder and injection machine. The results showed when the coupling agents ( A1100 or A1100 + A + B ) were added, short glass fiber was distributed in the PA66 matrices more homogeneously, at the same time, the microstructure and properties of GF/PA66 were greatly improved. The modified efficiency of the multiple coupling agents(A1100 + A + B) were better than that of Al 100 and the desired content of Al 100 was about 1.5%. When the glass fiber content was less than the critical value (35% ), the mechanical properties of PA composites increased with the increasing of the fiber content, but it began to decrease with the increasing of the fiber content when the content surpassed that value. At last, failure mechanism of GF/PA66 (treated by Al 100 or Al 100 + A + B) was obtained: abhesion of interface between glass fiber and PA66 matrices, friction after the ab-hesion and glass fiber pullout.
