| Abstract: | Teams and groups are minimum unit of two-civilization construction of enterprises,and the temporary lodging and foundation stone of all enterprise's work. To grasp and understand staff's ideological state in teams and groups',and take the effective ideological and political work method to solve the ideological problems existing in the staff of teams and groups in practice,can tamp ideological foundation of the management of teams and groups,and improve the management level of teams and groups of enterprise better. |
