我国大城市中心区地下空间规划控制——以青岛市黄岛中心商务区为例

我国大城市中心区开发强度日益提高,地下空间建设也蓬勃发展,但是针对地下空间的规划管理缺乏控制性详细规划层面的依据,无法提出具体的规划设计条件而导致建设无序且不成系统.针对这一状况,从空间规模、功能布局、交通系统、人防和防灾系统、物流系统、市政公用设施系统、控制导则等诸多方面就地下空间的规划控制进行探索性的研究,对地下空间控制性详细规划编制进行了初步的探讨.

Regulatory Plan for Underground Space of Central Area in Chinese Large City: A Case Study on Central Area in Huangdao District, Qingdao City

With the rising of the development intensity in central area in Chinese large city,the construction of underground space is flourishing.The lacking of ref- erence for underground space on regulatory plan basis results in the construction confusion and system contradiction for the sack of absence of detail plan require- ment.Facing this situation,this paper do the primary research on regulatory plan for underground space concerning scale,layout,transportation system,disaster de- fense system,logistic system,facility system,planning guideline and so on.As a conclusion,this paper discusses on the content of regulatory plan for underground space.
