管道泄漏信号的无损压缩技术

摘    要:为满足在空间和硬件性能约束下的实时海量数据存储要求,系统通过预测器和Rice编码实现了在相应硬件条件下获得最佳数据压缩比的算法,并根据所采集到的管道泄露信号特征及系统自身特点,给出一种实时无损压缩算法.该算法适合于管道泄漏信号、管道泄漏检测定位系统硬件条件下的均值预测器及基于上下文建模的Rice编码,并且在该管道泄漏检测定位系统数据的采集过程中使编码得以实现.实验结果表明,均值预测器能够较好地减少管道泄漏信号数据间的相关性,大大降低管道泄漏信号的信息熵,验证了该算法的有效性与实用性.预测器与基于上下文建模的Rice编码相结合的方法,可以满足管道泄露数据压缩存储的特殊要求.

Abstract:To meet the requirements of real-time mass data storage under the constraint conditions of space and hardware performance in pipeline detection system,the optimum data compression ratio of compression algorithm was given through predictor and Rice coding,and a kind of compression algorithm of real-time lossless compression was also realized according to the feature of pipeline leakage signal as well as the system itself.The compression algorithm is suitable for pipeline leakage signal and mean predictor under the condition of pipe leakage detection positioning system as well as context-based Rice coding,and the coding can be achieved in the course of data collection.Experimental results show that the mean predictor is able to reduce data correlation and information entropy of pipeline leakage signal effectively,and the algorithm is validity and practicability.The combination of predictor and context-based Rice coding can satisfy the special requirements of pipeline leakage data compression.
