稀土锆酸盐Sm_2Zr_2O_7的二价离子掺杂研究

摘    要:研究了二价元素Ca、Sr、Ba在稀土锆酸盐Sm_2Zr_2O_7中掺杂固溶情况,并采用激光闪射法测定了固溶样品的热导率.X射线衍射数据表明,相对于Mg~(2+)离子,Ca~(2+)、Sr~(2+)、Ba~(2+)离子在Sm_2Zr_2O_7中的固溶度并不大,在较小的掺杂量时,就有相应的锆酸盐化合物相析出,这是掺杂机制的不同造成的;而固溶样品的热导率测试结果说明,掺杂能降低材料的热导率,但降低幅度不大.

Abstract:Bivalent ions doping in rare-earth zirconate Sm2Zr2O7 was studied. The composition range in which a complete solid solution forms was investigated for Ca2+/Sr2+/Ba2+-doped samples and thermal conductivities of the samples with complete solid solution was measured by means of laser flash method. The XRD patterns show that the solid solubility of Ca2+,Sr2+and Ba2+ ions in the lattice of Sm2Zr2O7 is small compared with Mg2+ ion,and a second phase of the corresponding zirconates appear at a low content of dopin...
