圆盘挤出混合机理的研究

摘    要:结合研究实践,分析了圆盘挤出机的结构特点,即圆盘的单独控制使物料的熔融塑化过程和混合过程实现了独立控制,从而可以将螺杆上的部分功能转移到圆盘上来,通过在圆盘结构上做些努力来提高塑化效果,实现最佳混合;同时,阐述了圆盘的混合机理,并用实验对理论分析进行了验证,在与常规单双螺杆挤出机进行比较的基础上,论证了圆盘挤出机混炼性能方面的优势。

Abstract:Combined the research and practice, analyzed the structural property of disc extruder, namely controlled separate disk to make the process of material melt plastification and the mixing process can realize individual control. Thereby shifts partial function of the screw to the disk, having the structure of disk improved to increase the plastification effect, realized the best mixing; meanwhile, described the mixing principle of disk, and validated by practice and theory analysis, based on the comparison of conventional single or twin screws extruders, demonstrated the advantages of mixing property of disk extruder.
