摘    要:针对质量功能配置(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)评价信息中的模糊性和随机性问题,提出一种基于云模型的QFD中工程特性重要度确定方法。采用云模型处理语义评价信息,并基于正向云发生器算法提出云滴贡献值算法,用以将云模型间接转换成精确数值,进而计算工程特性重要度。根据技术竞争性评估矩阵,基于最大偏差法的思想构建数学模型确定工程特性重要度修正因子,进而确定工程特性的最终重要度。最后以某企业的一款装载机工程特性重要度计算为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the fuzziness and randomness problem existing in the evaluation information of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), this paper proposed a method of determining the engineering characteristics importance degree for QFD. It employed cloud model to process the semantic evaluation information. Based on the forward cloud generator algorithm, this paper developed a cloud drop contribution value algorithm to convert cloud model into precise value indirectly and calculate the engineering characteristics importance degree. According to the technical competitive evaluation matrix, this paper built a mathematical model based on the maximal deviation approach to determine the modifying factors of engineering characteristics importance degree. Then this paper calculated the final importance degree of engineering characteristics according to the modifying factors. Finally, an example of computing the importance degree of engineering characteristics of a loader was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
