| 摘 要： | 电子电路模块制造企业所处的外部环境发生了很大的变化，这就对其工艺设计流程提出了更高的要求。采用业务流程重组理论，对SMT工艺设计流程进行了重组研究，并取得了明显的成效。

| Abstract: | The corporations of manufacture for electronic and electronic-circuit module are in the varied external environment.According to this the process of technics design of these corporation have to meet higher requirement.Mainly discuss the reengineering of the process of SMT design which make use of the theory of business process reengineering,outcome of the reengineering is obvious and outstanding. |
