| 摘 要： | “两票”是指电力生产中所使用的工作票和操作票，论文设计实现了一种电网调度的两票综合管理系统。介绍了该系统的实现方法及其功能，采用面向对象的软件开发技术使该系统具有通用性、可维护性、和可扩充性。此系统的应用，大大减轻了工作人员书写工作票的劳动强度，有效缩短了工作票的传递时间，提高工作票和操作票的正确率和效率。

| Abstract: | The Two-bill means the working bill and the operating bill used in the electric power production.An electric dispatcher comprehensive management system is designed and implemented,and the realization method and system function are introduced in this paper.The object-oriented programming(OOP)software development technology allows this system to feature universality,maintainability and expansibility.With the using of this system,the work intensity of dispatcher and transfer time of work bill is greatly reduced,and the correctitude and efficiency of working bill and operating bill are effectively improved. |
