基于机电综合特征的发电机转子故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:首先分析了转子绕组匝间短路、气隙静偏心、气隙动偏心、转子不平衡等发电机转子故障发生时的振动特征和定子绕组并联支路间环流变化特征,得出不同故障引起的环流特征和振动特征的机电综合特征存在差别,从而提出了基于转子振动和定子绕组并联支路环流的机电综合特征的发电机振动故障识别方法。然后利用LabVIEW软件和PCI-6251数据采集卡,研制了基于虚拟仪器技术发电机故障检测系统,能够实现发电机信号的采集、在线分析、数据库管理、发电机参数查询、故障诊断等功能,并在SDF-9型故障模拟实验机组上完成调试,达到预期效果。

Abstract:Firstly the generator vibration characteristics and stator winding parallel branches circulating current characteristics caused by rotor faults were analyzed,such as the rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault,the air-gap static eccentric fault,the air-gap dynamic eccentric fault and the imbalance fault.Considering the differences of rotor vibration and circulating current characteristics caused by different rotor faults,a generator rotor fault diagnosis method,based on compositive characteristics of rotor vibration and circulating current,was developed.Then the software of the LabVIEW and the hardware of data acquisition card PCI-6251 was selected respectively.The fault diagnoses system was designed based on virtual instrument.Its function was made up of the signal acquisition,signal analyzing,database management,parameter query,and fault diagnosis.Finally,the fault diagnosis system was successfully applied to SDF-9 generator.
