深圳市污泥固化处理对策探讨

深圳市每天产生的污泥约560 t,原有的运送到下坪固体废弃物填埋场直接填埋的方案存在诸多问题,急需寻找更加科学合理的处置方案。探讨了目前深圳市污泥处理对策,石灰固化法经济可靠,是当前最具可行性的处理对策。污泥经过石灰固化处理后,污泥的含水率降到55%左右,污泥十字板强度达6.07 kPa,无侧限抗压强度达22.42 kPa,基本能满足单独填埋的要求;经过补步核算,按200 t/d的污泥石灰固化处理单元,平均每吨的处理成本为111元。建议在各污水处理厂建设200 t/d的石灰固化处理单元,产生的污泥就地处理达到填埋要求后再运送至下坪填埋场填埋。

Research on Sludge Solidification Treatment of Shenzhen

The quantity of sludge is about 560 tons per day in Shenzhen,but the previous plan that transports the sludge to the Xiaping Solid Waste Landfill has a lot of problem,it is urgent to find the more scientific and reasonable treatment.The paper discussed the present treatment of sludge which called lime solidification in Shenzhen,the treatment has economic and reliable advantage,and it was the most feasible treatment at present.After the lime solidification,the water content of sludge could decrease to about 55 %,and the vane shear strength of sludge can reach to 6.07 kPa,when the unconfined compressive strength of sludge could reach to 22.42 kPa,all of those ensure that the processed sludge can satisfy the base requirement to be treated separately in landfill.Through the initial accounts,if the handing capacity of the lime solidification unit is 200tons per day,the average treating cost of sludge is 111 Yuan per ton.Therefore,we suggest to build the lime solidification unit of 200tons per day in the sewage plants,and the produced sludge would be treated by the unit directly.After the treated sludge reached to the requirement of landfill,the plant could transport the treated sludge to the Xiaping Solid Waste Landfill.
