| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种高压水射流清洗机液力端的工作原理、结构形式和应用实例。该液力端呈对称角度布置进液腔和排液腔的设计方案,有效避开了整体液力端十字交叉孔相惯线处的应力集中,大大增加了高压水射流清洗机液力端的疲劳强度储备,显著提高了液力端的承载能力和抗疲劳破坏能力。

| Abstract: | The operating principle,structural configuration and example of application of hydraulic head for a kind of water-jet cleaners are introduced.In the design the hydraulic head's liquor feed and liquor drainage chambers are arranged at symmetrical angle,effectively keeping away from stress concentration at through line with a crossed hole of whole hydraulic head,the fatigue strength reserved of the hydraulic head of the high-pressure water-jet cleaner is greatly enhanced,and the hydraulic head's bearing capacity and antifatigue capacity obviously increased. |
