荷叶离褶伞多糖的提取工艺及其抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,通过3因素3水平正交试验优化了荷叶离褶伞菌丝体和发酵液中多糖的提取工艺。利用圆纸片法对荷叶离褶伞多糖进行了抑菌性实验,结果表明荷叶离褶伞多糖提取物对细菌和真菌都有抑制作用,其中对四叠球菌和黑曲霉的抑制作用最强,最小抑菌浓度均为1.094ug/ml。该研究以期为荷叶离褶伞在更多领域的合理开发和利用提供参考。

Abstract:On the basis of single factor experiments, extraction technology of Lyophyllum decastes polysaccharides was optimized through 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal test. The antimicrobial action of Lyophyllum decastes polysaccharides on Micrococcus terragenus and AspergiUus nigers was stronger than other measured microorganism and their minimum inhibitory concentrations were both 1.094ug/ml.This study anticipates to provide reference to the reasonable development and utilization of Lyophyllum decastes in more domains.
