聚合填充型填料A/超高分子量聚乙烯复合料的研究

摘    要:本文采用一种新工艺--聚合填充法制备了填料A/超高分子量聚乙烯合料,研究了填料A的矿化温度、活化剂的用量、聚合、聚合压力、填料粒度、氢调等条件对填料A进行聚合填充反应的影响,找出了聚合规律,得到了性能的新型超高分子量聚乙烯复合料,并与传统的共混工艺制备的填料A/超高分子量聚乙烯复合料的性能进行了对比。

Abstract:This paper reported a new process called POLYMERIZATION-FILLING to prepare composites based on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)and filler A.The effects of calcining temperature of filler A,ratio of activator to filler A,polymerization temperature,polymerization pressure,the size of the particles of filler A,as well as the effects of pressure of hydrogen to POLYMERIZATION-FILLING polymerization of filler A were studied.Studies on effects of filler A to composites′properites were made.Fundamental polymerization filling rules were found.And new composites based on UHMWPE with superior properties were obtained.Comparison between the composite prepared by POLYMERIZATION-FILLING and traditional blending methods were also conducted.
