摘    要:针对零齿差内啮合传动副理论在应用方面的局限性以及设计中遇到的问题,利用渐开线零齿差内啮合齿轮传动机构的齿廓曲线方程和运动学模型,计算出其齿形参数和基本尺寸,勾勒零齿差齿轮副主从动轮的齿廓,运用计算机图形学的二维图形变换方法,采用可视化编程语言Visual Basic进行零齿差内啮合齿轮传动机构的动态仿真。

Abstract:To identify the theory of involute zero-tooth-difference internal gear mechanism in practical application, dynamic simulation of the engagement process was carried out here with Visual Basic language and two-dimensional graphical transformation method. The tooth profile parameter and some basic geometric sizes were calculated with the tooth profile equations and kinematic model. The tooth contours of driving and driven gear have been drawn at the state of engagement.
