摘    要: 为了扩大炼焦煤资源选择范围,提高焦炭质量,通过5kg小焦炉炼焦试验,研究了在配煤中添加石油焦对所炼焦炭质量的影响。结果表明:在较好黏结性的配合煤中,适当添加一定比例的石油焦,可在一定程度上促进焦炭的各向异性发展和完善,提高焦炭的光学异性指数OTI值。随着石油焦代替瘦煤比例提高并达到一定程度,所炼焦炭的CRI值逐渐降低;配入石油焦粒度较小时有利于提高焦炭热性质,粒度较大时对提高焦炭CSR不利。

Abstract:In order to develop resource of new coking coals and improve coke quality, the influence of petroleum coke added into coal blending on coke quality was studied in the 5kg coke oven test. The results show that a certain proportion of petroleum coke added into coal blending with good caking quality was able to promote and improve the coke anisotropy to a certain extent, and the value of OTI would be improved. With ratio of the petroleum coke instead of lean coal was enlarged to a certain degree, the coke CRI could be decreased gradually; coke thermal properties could be improved by adding into smaller particle size of petroleum coke, but the larger particle size was not conducive to improve the coke CSR.
