摘    要:针对印刷过程中被控对象因受工作环境影响而具有大滞后性、模型不确定性和时变性的特点, 在满足色彩质量要求的情况下, 为了尽量减少印刷调整次数, 首先, 基于印刷色彩质量控制的理论模型设计了T-S型模糊控制器;然后, 采用遗传算法对模糊控制器的初始控制规则进行优化, 使初始控制规则更逼近理论模型;最后, 针对1次模糊控制产生的大误差提出了控制规则的自适应调整方法.实例分析证明:调整方案有效, 从理论上实现了对印刷机进行不超过2次的调整, 就可使色彩质量满足要求, 提高了系统的控制精度, 可用于指导实际印刷过程.

Abstract:The controlled object has the characteristics of large lag, model uncertainty and time variation due to the influence of working environment in printing process, and the printing process requires that the number of printing adjustment should be reduced as far as possible in the situation of meeting the color quality requirements.In order to solve these problems, a T-S fuzzy controller based on the theoretical model of printing color quality control is designed, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial control rules of fuzzy controller to make them more approximate to theoretical model.Finally, aiming at the big error generating after once adjustment, the method of adaptive adjustment is put forward.Thus, printing quality can be satisfied through less than twice adjustments in theory, and the control precision of this system is improved.An instance demonstrates that this method is valid, which can be used to guide the practical printing process.
