| 摘 要： | 本文报道了1～10岁儿童普种乙脑活苗后,乙脑发病率下降情况。结果表明,乙脑活苗接种能使乙脑发病率下降70％左右(P<0.01)。在普种乙脑活苗后的3年中。发生的1～10岁乙脑病例有95％以上未接种乙脑活苗,并出现了乙脑发病年龄上移的趋势(P<0.05),表明乙脑活苗具有较好的保护效果。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the epidemiological efficacy of children aged 1-10 years old after being vaccinated with SA_(14-) 14-2 live vaccine in Zhengan county, Guizhou province. Total incidence drooped down by about 70% after injecting the live vaccine. Of the total cases aged 1-10, over 95% patients hadn't been vaccinated with the live vaccine during the period from 1988 to 1990. The age of JE cases showed a tendency to move towards the elder. Data from this investigation suggested that the protective efficacy of JE virus SA_(14-) 14-2 live vaccine is good. |
