摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法测定棉织物果胶酶精练体系中果胶的裂解产物不饱和半乳糖醛酸,研究淀粉酶、纤维素酶及助剂对测定方法的影响。结果表明,239nm可以作为果胶酶酶解产物测试的特征吸收波长。通过工艺试验将此方法与DNS显色法进行比较表明,紫外分光光度法具有简单、快速、准确等特点。

Abstract:Unsaturated galacturonic acid hydrolyzed by pectinase in cotton scouring by means of ultraviolet spectrophometry was tested; effects of amaylase and cellulase on the testing method were studied. The results illustrated that hydrolyzed products could be measured at the characteristic absorption wave length of 293 nm. Compared with DNS-colorimetry, ultraviolet spectrophometry features simplicity, convenience and accuracy.
