MDEA—PZ—H2O溶液中CO2转化度的简化计算

摘    要:根据CO2-MDEA-PZ-H2O体系的热力学模型计算结果,对体系平衡简化后导出一个CO2分压与其转化度的简单关系,并关联出计算所需的2个表现平衡常数表达式。该关系式可简便用于MDEA脱碳工艺的工程计算,CO2分压的计算值与实验值符合良好,平均偏差11.3%。

Abstract:After simplification of the equilibrium relationship of the CO 2 MDEA PZ H 2O system based on the calculation results from the thermodynamic model of the system, a simple relation is derived of the CO 2 partial pressure and its degree of conversion, and two expressions of apparent equilibrium constant required for calculation are correlated. The relation can be used conveniently in the engineering calculation of the process of CO 2 removal by MDEA, and the calculation value of CO 2 partial pressure agrees well with the experimental value, with an average deviation of 11.3%.
