以高挥发分煤为主捣固法生产冶金焦的研究

摘    要:针对我国西南地区赋存的高挥发分煤的煤质特点,采用捣固炼焦工艺在实验室内进行了以生产较优质冶金焦为目标产品的配煤炼焦试验研究。结果表明,以永荣矿务局的1/3焦煤为主,适量配入该地区的瘦煤和南桐焦煤,辅之以少量焦粉,可得到质量较优的冶金焦,其中永荣1/3焦煤的用量可达80%左右

Abstract:According to characteristics of high volatile coals in southwest China,a laboratory study on producing superior quality metallurgical coke with stamping process has been completed.It has proved that superior quality metallurgical coke can be obtained with Yongrong 1/3 coking coal blended with lean coal of this region, Nantong primary coking coal and small proportion powdery coke,especially, Yongrong 1/3 coking coal can amount up to 80%.
