肺咳宁密炼膏治疗慢性支气管炎实验研究

摘    要:目的: 观察肺咳宁密炼膏对慢性支气管炎大鼠的作用,为临床应用提供药理学依据。方法: 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,观察肺咳宁密炼膏抗炎作用;采用烟熏法建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,光镜下观察各组支气管与肺组织病理学改变,并检测各组动物血清和肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果: 与模型组比较,肺咳宁密炼膏高、中剂量组能明显减轻小鼠的耳廓肿胀度,降低小鼠腹腔的毛细血管通透性;高、中剂量组能明显改善慢性支气管炎大鼠肺部病理改变,大鼠血清中,高、中、低剂量组明显升高NO含量,高、中剂量组明显降低MDA含量,高剂量组明显增加SOD活性;大鼠肺组织中,高、中剂量组明显降低MDA含量,高剂量组明显增加NO含量,中剂量组明显增加SOD活性。结论: 肺咳宁密炼膏对大鼠慢性支气管炎具有较好的治疗作用,其机制可能与抗氧化和升高NO含量有关。

Abstract:AIM: To study the effect of Cough Ning on Chronic bronchitis.METHODS: The test of xylene-induced ear edema and the abdominal blood permeability in mice were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of Cough Ning. While smoke-induced chronic bronchitis in rats was used to investigate the effect of Cough Ning. The pathomorphological changes in the bronchus and lung tissues were assessed by using an electron microscope. The content of MDA,SOD and NO in blood and lung tissues were measured.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, Cough Ning could significantly inhibit the edema induced by xylene, decrease abdominal blood capillary permeability of mice and reduce the pathological damage of bronchus and lung tissues in rats. It reduced the content of MDA but improved the content of SOD and NO in blood and lung tissues.CONCLUSION: Cough Ning has therapeutic effect on Chronic bronchitis, and the mechanism could be linked to its anti - oxidant effect.
