摘    要:支腿是承担混凝土泵车整车重量及维持泵车工作平稳的关键结构件,一旦失效,严重威胁施工人员人身安全及社会财产。为了降低施工事故和产品研发风险,以某公司泵车支腿失效数据和泵车实际相关参数为依据,经统计分析得到泵车支腿典型失效模式。通过对支腿受力状态的计算及结合制造工艺,对泵车支腿裂纹及开焊两种典型失效形式进行机理分析,为支腿服役状态评估及再制造提供科学依据。

Abstract: Outrigger is the key structure of concrete pump truck. It undertakes total weight of the truck and keeps its balance when the truck is working. The failure will threaten personal safety of workers and social property seriously. To reduce the risk of accidents and to lower research costs, the paper gets typical failure mode of outrigger by statistical analysis of failure data. By calculating the stress state combined with manufacturing process, the failure mechanism of fatigue crack and weld is investigated. The results provide scientific basis for remanufacturing and evaluating service status of outrigger.
