摘    要:以电液位置控制系统为研究对象,建立对称阀控非对称缸且具有弹性负载的传递函数模型,对比活塞杆伸出与缩回时系统频率响应的差别,指出从保守设计角度出发,应以活塞杆伸出时的模型进行控制器设计。进一步考察等效负载参数变化对系统的影响,以保证系统在最坏的情况下也能工作。给出等效质量、等效刚度、等效阻尼3个参数在确定时的依据,为控制器设计提供了理论指导。

Abstract:  In the electro hydraulic position control system, single rod cylinder systems controlled with symmetrical valves are established. After we compare the frequency response of the system between the piston rod extends and retracts, it is reasonable to design controller based on the mode with piston rod extends according to the conservative point view. Further, the parameters of equivalent load are analyzed. In order to ensure that system can work in the worst case, the method that how to get three paramters, including the equivalent mass, the equivalent stiffness and the equivalent damping, is discussed profoundly. Some views provide theoretical guidance to design a controller.
