摘    要:氧化应激相关性疾病影响着人们的健康生活,Nrf2-Keap1-ARE信号通路是细胞氧化应激反应中的关键通路,其下游调控的II相代谢酶、抗氧化酶和药物转运蛋白参与肿瘤耐药和抗氧化应激。本文从Nrf2与Keap1结构功能、Nrf2-Keap1-ARE信号通路调节机制等方面,就可作用于Nrf2-Keap1-ARE信号通路的中药有效成分进行综述,为临床上运用中药复方及其有效成分预防和治疗氧化应激相关性疾病提供理论基础和思路。

Abstract:Oxidative stress related diseases affect people’s health. Nrf2-Keap1-ARE signaling pathway plays a vital role in the regulation of cellular oxidative stress response, and the downstream phase II detoxification enzymes, antioxidant enzymes and transporters are involved in tumor resistance and anti-oxidative stress. This paper focuses on the structure and function of Nrf2 and Keap1, the regulating mechanism of Nrf2-Keap1-ARE signaling pathway, and introduces effective components of Chinese medicine which can act on the Nrf2-Keap1-ARE signaling pathway. We aim to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components, which can be used on prevention and treatment of oxidative stress related diseases.
