摘    要:在钢管生产线中,采用步进梁式加热炉对钢管进行加热,介绍了步进式加热炉原有液压升降系统的工作原理,并对该系统工作过程中出现的故障进行了分析,并提出了改进的技术方案。由此提高了系统的可靠性和可维修性,减少了设备故障及故障处理时间。

Abstract: In the steel pipe production line, the steel tubes are heated by the walking beam furnace. The principle of hydraulic lifting system for the walking beam furnace is introduced, and the fault of hydraulic system is analyzed. According to the deficiency of the original system, we put forward the improvement scheme to improve the reliability and maintainability of the system and reduce the equipment failure and fault processing time.
