摘    要:2002~2012 年是BIM 研究快速发展的10 年,对此期间的研究成果进行科学梳理可对日后的研究起到重要作用。以 SCI 数据库以及未被其收录的ITCon(Journal of Information Technology in Construction)、CME(Construction Management and Economics)两本期刊作为数据来源,通过经典文献计量学方法——共被引分析,结合社会网络分析方法构建网络关系,基于Fast-greedy 算法划分社团流派,并以人工阅读分析的方式对其间BIM 文献进行综合整理。最终得出BIM 研究领域的五大社团流派,两大知名团队以及相关可供参考学习的经典文献。

Abstract:BIM research rapidly develops from 2002 to 2012. So scientifically combing the literatures during this period is meaningful for future research. At first,this study chooses SCI dataset,ITCon(Journal of Information Technology in Construction) and CME(Construction Management and Economics)which are not included in SCI,as data sources. Secondly,this study uses the classical literature metrology - co-citation analysis and combines social network analysis to build the co-citation network. Thirdly, the network is categorized based on Fast-greedy algorithm. Finally,results show that there are five communities in the field of BIM research;two well-known BIM research teams around the world;and several classical papers to be referenced.
