类钙钛矿IT-SOFC阴极材料研究进展

摘    要:类钙钛矿结构的复合氧化物材料是近年来开发的一类具有广阔发展前景的中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料.本文综述了A_2BO_4型和AA' B_2O_5型类钙钛矿结构阴极材料的研究进展,并总结了这两类材料作为IT-SOFC阴极的性能特点,提出今后的研究工作将着重于改善材料的微观结构,以提高类钙钛矿阴极材料的电化学性能和热稳定性.

Abstract:The composite oxide with perovskite-like structure developed in these years could be a promising cathode of IT-SOFC.In this paper,the research progress of A2BO4-type and AA' B2O5-type perovskite-like cathode materials was reviewed,and summarized the property of the two types of materials as IT-SOFC cathodes.Improving the microstructure and enhancing the electrochemical performance and thermal stability for perovskite-like cathode will be the emphases for future's research.
