| 摘 要： | 城市房屋拆迁,既关系到政府、拆迁人和被拆迁人的利益,又关系到城市规划的具体落实,这是一个敏感而又普遍的社会问题,随着城市建设的发展和拆迁改造的范围不断扩大.房屋拆迁过程中引发的拆迁人与被拆迁人利益冲突问题比较严重,现就规范城市拆迁行为进行分析,切实有效保护拆迁各方的权益.

| Abstract: | Urban housing demolition,which is related to the government,the demolition and the demolition of interest,but also related to concrete implementation of urban planning,is a sensitive and general social issue.With the development of urban construction and demolition transformation continuously eapanding,the contlict between residents being forced to demolition and people being responsible for demolition becomes serious.The paper analyses the city＇s demolition standandization to protect the rights in both pants. |
