ZVT-PWM Buck变换器的改进电路仿真研究

摘    要:在分析基本的ZVT-PWM Buck变换器的电路特性的基础上,针对变换器存在内部循环电流和辅助开关管的关断损耗太大两大问题,提出了一种改进电路,消除了内部循环电流,大幅度降低了辅助开关管的关断损耗,大大改善了变换器的性能。

Abstract:The circuit characteristics of traditional ZVT-PWM Buck converter is analyzed,the analysis result indicates that internal circulating current and auxiliary switch turn-off are increased the switch losses in the converter.To solve this two problems,an improved circuit for eliminating the internal circulating current and reducing auxiliary switch turn-off loss is proposed .It raises the efficiency of the converter significantly.
