| Abstract: | The importance of developing the metallurgical collective enterprises and the reason of hindering its develop- ment are expounded.It is pointed out that the thinking of devel- oping the metallurgical collective enterprises under the new sit- uation is considered from the aspects of relying on the metal- lurgy as principle industry, promoting the reform, transforming the traditional industry with new technology and keeping on the support of advantageous and strong industries. |
