摘    要:针对润滑油精制装置中糠醛的腐蚀及生焦机理,在流程的适当位置注入KQ-1缓蚀剂,可以破坏糠酸、糠醛和水的三元共沸,阻止糠酸从糠醛回收塔顶返回装置,使全装置系统的腐蚀和生焦减少,开工周期延长1~2倍。

Abstract:KQ-1 inhibitor is selected on the basis of the mechanism of corrosion and coking in lube furfural refing unit and special features of the technological process to destroy the azeotropy of furfural,furfuryl acid and water which resist furfuryl acid are returned to the unit.It tends to reduce the acid number in the whole unit,and the extent of corrosion and coking,and extends the operating period for one and half years longer.
