圆柱工件几何参数的自动测量研究

摘    要:针对圆柱工件在实际测量过程中测量速度慢、精度低的实际情况,本文介绍了一种利用几何位移光学精密测量完成圆柱工件几何参数测量的方法。该系统由机械系统、运动控制和数据采集系统、数据处理系统组成;利用激光位移传感器非接触测量的特点,对圆柱工件外表面几何信息进行采集;根据最小二乘法原理,计算机对测量数据进行处理,从而得到圆柱工件的外径、同轴度、高度等几何参数。该方法通过实验验证,目前已应用于生产中。

Abstract:Aiming at the low accuracy and slow speed in actual measurement of column,this paper presents a method which uses geometrical displacement optics precison to measure column geometric dimensioning.It consists of CCD laser displacement sensors,mechanical and control system and a data collecting and processing system.According to the preciple of least square,measurement data is processed by computer,radius,coaxiality,altitude of column is obtained.The method is validated by experiments.It has been applied in p...
