| Abstract: | This article expatiates upon the realistic significance of the buildup of the Learning Organization in three aspects: characteristics, cognition, methods, etc. It gives a primary discussion of when varieties of organization facing the complicated market environment, we should try to realize the strategic target and promote holistic competitive advantage through creating the Learning Organization. |
