摘    要:二道江发电公司煤源严重不足,为最大限度掺烧褐煤并能单烧当地劣质烟煤,在2×100MW机组锅炉进行技术改造。采用抽取中温炉烟加入制粉系统干燥介质,同时对热风送粉系统加入调温风的改造方案,以降低制粉系统末端氧量以及送粉系统输送介质的温度,提高制粉、送粉系统防爆能力和制粉系统的干燥能力以及双通道燃烧器对有较大差异煤种的适应能力。运行表明,改造效果显著,锅炉具备掺烧褐煤50%的能力。

Abstract:As Erdaojiang Electric Power Company is heavily short in coal resource, technology reform is made in 2 × 100MW unit to blend lignite and to burn local poor coal singly to a great extent. Ex- tracting intermediate - temperature gas is used to add into dry media of pulverizing system, meantime the reform scheme of adding tempering air into thermal - wind powder feeding system "to reduce end oxygen of pulverizing system and temperature of conveying media in pulverizing system. Operating experiences show that the reform effect is remarkable, and boiler has 50% ability of blending lignite.
