单机立体静置设备的吊装方法

为了提高设备吊装过程中的安全性、吊装效率及经济性,结合某工厂炭黑铝合金罐体吊装工程,提出了单机立体静置设备的套装法吊装.通过施工方案、吊点选择、水平运输、钢排设计计算和吊耳的设计计算,最终确定了吊装运输方案.实践证明:该方案安全性及经济性良好,同时也对进一步改进和完善设备吊装方案具有一定的参考价值.

Method of single plane three-dimension settles of the hoisting equipment

The equipment hoisting technology has widely been applied in the construction,but the universal existence efficiency of the conventional method is low,and the economic and safety effect is not good either.In order to enhance the safety and the efficiency,the paper unifies a project of hoisting aluminum alloy carbon black tanks in a factory,and proposes a new method of hoisting.By designing of the construction plan,hang-point choice,the designing and calculation of the steel rows and the link,a hoisting transportation plan is drawn.The confirmation of the safety and efficiency proves that the consummation equipment hoisting plan has certain reference value to further improvement.
