| 摘 要： | 本文应用GC/MS仪,采用内标咖啡因定量,选择单离子检则建立了测定Melatonin的方法,Melatonin的校正标准曲线为Y=0.0582+0.6067X（r=0.9994）。应用此法测定一例失眠病人在口服20 mg Melatonin后的血药浓度,在服药后1小时达峰浓度140.47 ng/mL,且很快消除,不会在体内蓄积。

| Abstract: | A method was set up by GC/MS-quantitative method with ISTD coffeine which can determine a new hyphosis drug-Melatonin. The Standard curve of Melatonin in blood is Y = 0. 0582 2. 6067X(r = 0. 9994). The blood concentration of Melatonin were determined in a patient after 20 mg Melatonin was administered, the Cmax was 140. 47 ng/mL at Tmax = 1h, then Melatonin distributed and eliminated rapidly in the patient,and then not accumulate in the patient's body. |
