| 摘 要： | 在信息时代，个人知识管理已经成为知识经济发展的必需，被越来越多的行业工作者所重视。秘书人员作为机关企事业单位的信息枢纽，重视个人的知识管理显得尤为重要。本文简要介绍个人知识管理的基本概念，着重探讨了秘书人员进行个人知识管理，实现个人知识管理系统的构架的途径。
